Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arbo Mackowiak started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Brandscheid's Erno Ehrhoff got control of the ball when Quincy Sippel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Quincy Sippel hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. SV Wachau-Feldschlösschen's Carsten Bamberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernst Gabler in the 5th minute of play. Nikolas Bremer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 8 minutes into the game, Quincy Sippel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Erno Ehrhoff was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Quincy Sippel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erno Ehrhoff having to make a save. Arbo Mackowiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ernst Gabler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brandscheid's Ernst Gabler got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ernst Gabler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, Brandscheid's Ernst Gabler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carsten Bamberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 35thth minute of the game Ernst Gabler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SV Wachau-Feldschlösschen's Carsten Bamberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Harald Barten during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 36th minute, Harald Barten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vico Engelhardt took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erno Ehrhoff. Brandscheid's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Brandscheid fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Brandscheid's Ernst Gabler looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Arbo Mackowiak charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arbo Mackowiak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 41 played minutes SV Wachau-Feldschlösschen got a freekick which was hit by Arbo Mackowiak. Erno Ehrhoff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stephan Bluhm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernst Gabler stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jochen Lehmkuhl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute, Harald Barten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vico Engelhardt, 55 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Erno Ehrhoff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quincy Sippel in the 61st minute of the match. If Jochen Lehmkuhl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Ernst Gabler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Stephan Bluhm fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SV Wachau-Feldschlösschen's protests and gave Stephan Bluhm a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, Stephan Bluhm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernst Gabler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Carsten Bamberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carsten Bamberg had great luck who in the 70thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ernst Gabler from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After 75 played minutes SV Wachau-Feldschlösschen got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Seubert. Ernst Gabler who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Carsten Bamberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Matthias Keuerleber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SV Wachau-Feldschlösschen's Carsten Bamberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernst Gabler in the 80th minute of play. When Brandscheid's Ernst Gabler in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SV Wachau-Feldschlösschen's goalie prevented a goal. Matthias Keuerleber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carsten Bamberg having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernst Gabler in the 84th minute of play forced SV Wachau-Feldschlösschen's goalkeeper Carsten Bamberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, Ernst Gabler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carsten Bamberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernst Gabler in the 93rd minute. Carsten Bamberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ernst Gabler showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 96 minute of play. When the match was over Brandscheid could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SV Wachau-Feldschlösschen throughout the match.
