Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Erberich's Ernst Zug started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Radenko Dirkes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Issey Reb in the 3rd minute of the match. Radenko Dirkes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bastian Blockmann in the 4th minute of play. Issey Reb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radenko Dirkes having to interfere. If Bastian Blockmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Issey Reb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Radenko Dirkes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serge Müntefering made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Sören Pawel hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Bastian Blockmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Radenko Dirkes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bastian Blockmann ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bastian Blockmann in the 41st minute of play forced Erberich's goalkeeper Radenko Dirkes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Issey Reb made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Issey Reb managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hebelei's supporters crossed their fingers, but Issey Reb was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serge Müntefering stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernst Zug's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Hebelei's goalkeeper Serge Müntefering, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 67th minute Issey Reb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radenko Dirkes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Hebelei getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Walther Grüning hit a great ball. With a little luck, Erberich's Radenko Dirkes got control of the ball when Bastian Blockmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. Radenko Dirkes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bastian Blockmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Serge Müntefering took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theo Cyrkel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bastian Blockmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Radenko Dirkes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Manuel Fremd had to leave the field with a concussion. After 80 minutes, Donatus Schulze mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hebelei and the Erberich players grew even worse after the yellow card. Erberich's Christian Remmers was substituted for Manuel Fremd. Donatus Schulze kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hebelei's goalkeeper Serge Müntefering, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Erberich's goal looked a bit too open when Issey Reb came free, but Radenko Dirkes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 86 minutes, Alois Maier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Erberich and the Hebelei players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Erberich getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Alois Maier hit a great ball. Erberich were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Hebelei for a fine match.
