Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jochem Sellmann in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Friedrich Beisel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jochem Sellmann in the 29th minute of play forced Barcelona Juniors's goalkeeper Friedrich Beisel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Martin Birke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Grasdorf FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Jörn Reichardt scored to the left of an out of position André Kammen, making the score, 1-0. André Kammen was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Jörn Reichardt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jörn Reichardt really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Grasdorf FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Vogelweide was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jörn Reichardt to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Barcelona Juniors defense, Finn Wenzel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Friedrich Beisel. The Barcelona Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Friedrich Beisel should have stopped the shot. In the 80th minute, Jörn Reichardt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franz Ihm hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. When the match was over Grasdorf FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Barcelona Juniors throughout the match.
