Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lauro Mahler started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Roman Bache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claes Scheller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauro Mahler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in VFL Bonn's zone, Roman Bache stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claes Scheller came out of the goal and Roman Bache tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. André Beil hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, Knüverdarp's Ludwig Breilmann broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After having played for 20 minutes, Roman Bache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Knüverdarp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roman Bache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roman Bache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claes Scheller having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Anton Knietzsch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Knüverdarp's Ivica Münzner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Kramer in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Knüverdarp's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Kramer came free, but Ivica Münzner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, VFL Bonn's Rainier Hauke sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivica Münzner narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roman Bache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Claes Scheller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roman Bache struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Claes Scheller didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Knüverdarp. In the 43rd minute, Roman Bache ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claes Scheller was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Ivica Münzner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rainier Hauke in the 47th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rainier Hauke in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivica Münzner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 57thth minute of the game Rainier Hauke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Knüverdarp's Ivica Münzner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Torsten Fellhauer's late challenge caught a Knüverdarp's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Torsten Fellhauer helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th minute, Torsten Fellhauer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ludwig Breilmann took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Claes Scheller. VFL Bonn's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Lauro Mahler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Knüverdarp's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VFL Bonn the free kick. In the 65th match minute, Knüverdarp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lauro Mahler to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Roman Bache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Roman Bache's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claes Scheller was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. After having played for 73 minutes, Lauro Mahler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Bache in the 74th minute of play forced VFL Bonn's goalkeeper Claes Scheller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Knüverdarp's Roman Edathy got a free kick in the 76th minute. Torsten Fellhauer who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Ivica Münzner when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Lauro Mahler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claes Scheller was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Claes Scheller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lauro Mahler in the 97th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Knüverdarp had won after a very even match.
