After a defensive mix-up in Gut Nienhagen's zone, Ferdinand Rolshausen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norman Kirsch came out of the goal and Ferdinand Rolshausen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7th minute Sven Selinger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norman Kirsch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven Selinger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferdinand Rolshausen in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norman Kirsch prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Selinger in the 14th minute of play forced Gut Nienhagen's goalkeeper Norman Kirsch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elia Thüroff kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Norman Kirsch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdinand Rolshausen in the 19th minute of the match. Hansel Baurhenn hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ferdinand Rolshausen sped through Gut Nienhagen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Norman Kirsch. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brömmlinghook's goalkeeper Kilian Pietsch, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Brömmlinghook booed when Gut Nienhagen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Balla didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Gut Nienhagen getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Hansel Baurhenn hit a great ball. Ferdinand Rolshausen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norman Kirsch having to interfere. In the 43rdth minute of the game Sven Selinger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gut Nienhagen's Norman Kirsch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Aimé Braun-Seitz fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brömmlinghook's protests and gave Aimé Braun-Seitz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th match minute, Brömmlinghook was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aimé Braun-Seitz to maneuver through the defense. Gut Nienhagen's Frederico Rathmer got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 67th minute Ferdinand Rolshausen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norman Kirsch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ferdinand Rolshausen came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Brömmlinghook fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferdinand Rolshausen couldn't finish the play. Kilian Pietsch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frederico Rathmer in the 77th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Brömmlinghook's Norman Kirsch threw himself towards the right post 97 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcus Oberlack, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match was over Brömmlinghook could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gut Nienhagen throughout the match.
