In the 9th minute Gero Elfring shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Georg Riegert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 11 minutes, Christoph Gröber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Büch FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christoph Gröber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Manuel Saefkow fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerbahce314's protests and gave Manuel Saefkow a yellow card for diving instead. Manuel Saefkow kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Jochen Talbach hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Christoph Gröber got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Caspar Eisenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Forster in the 33rd minute of play. Anton Forster fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caspar Eisenberg having to interfere. Enrique Möller hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After 42 minutes Büch FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Casimir Romberg who took care of the corner kick. Caspar Eisenberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Forster, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adam Schulze-Boysen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Karl-Georg Riegert. Fenerbahce314's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Christoph Gröber sped through Fenerbahce314's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Karl-Georg Riegert. Karl-Georg Riegert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoph Gröber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mathias Linn took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Karl-Georg Riegert.
