Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Timo Rybarczyk started the match with the kick off. SG Arnstadt's Matthäus Faber shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 3rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Caspar Eisenberg but with some difficulty. Christoph Gröber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in SG Arnstadt's zone, Christoph Gröber stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adi Irber came out of the goal and Christoph Gröber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Timo Rybarczyk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Büch FC's Caspar Eisenberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Büch FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, SG Arnstadt's Johann Sorg got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Christoph Gröber ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adi Irber was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ole Höhle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caspar Eisenberg having to interfere. Adi Irber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gero Elfring in the 35th minute of play. In the 39th match minute, SG Arnstadt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hjalmar Vollath to maneuver through the defense. Gero Elfring received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Adi Irber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Büch FC's Caspar Eisenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timo Rybarczyk in the 44th minute of play. If Christoph Gröber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gero Elfring stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ole Höhle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caspar Eisenberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hjalmar Vollath, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christoph Gröber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adi Irber having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Christoph Gröber dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adi Irber, 0-2. In the 65th match minute, SG Arnstadt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klaus Mohrlang to maneuver through the defense. If Christoph Gröber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SG Arnstadt's Timo Rybarczyk got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Christoph Gröber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 91 played minutes SG Arnstadt got a freekick which was hit by Hjalmar Vollath. In the 93rd minute, Björn Schwienheer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The SG Arnstadt supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Büch FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Büch FC.
