After a rather tough play, Seckendorf's Jonas Heinrichs got a free kick in the 5th minute. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Leif Höck sped through Seckendorf's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Christoph Mudra. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Höck in the 36th minute of play forced Seckendorf's goalkeeper Christoph Mudra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luca Wieczorek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Seckendorf's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Martin Schui came free, but Christoph Mudra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Seckendorf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ralf-Willy Eberhard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
