Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Brandon Theissen started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Sascha Orell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Christoph Mudra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 9th minute, Ralf-Willy Eberhard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Seckendorf fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Carsten-Alexander Rousek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Wieczorek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sascha Orell in the 19th minute of play forced Seckendorf's goalkeeper Christoph Mudra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Burgstädt FSV booed when Seckendorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Heinrichs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christoph Mudra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sascha Orell, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Seckendorf's Günter Reiss got his second yellow card of the match in the 31st minute. The referee ordered Günter Reiss off the ground. In the 32nd minute, Günter Reiss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Brandon Theissen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Seckendorf's Christoph Mudra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brandon Theissen in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to Seckendorf getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Morten Bergmann hit a great ball.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ralf-Willy Eberhard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Christoph Mudra was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Brandon Theissen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Brandon Theissen really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. If Sascha Orell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 played minutes Seckendorf got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Heinrichs. Christoph Mudra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sascha Orell went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. If Ralf-Willy Eberhard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brandon Theissen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christoph Mudra having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Seckendorf's Luca Wieczorek got a free kick in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brandon Theissen in the 84th minute of play forced Seckendorf's goalkeeper Christoph Mudra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Seckendorf's goalkeeper Christoph Mudra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ralf-Willy Eberhard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carsten-Alexander Rousek having to interfere. Carsten-Alexander Rousek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralf-Willy Eberhard in the 94th minute of the match. Burgstädt FSV's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
