An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Kissling in the 40th minute of play forced Starsiedel's goalkeeper Demetrius Struzyna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Julian Kissling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Kissling made a kick off. Efraim Schäuble received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Niclas Gaab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Starsiedel's zone, Julian Kissling stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Demetrius Struzyna came out of the goal and Julian Kissling tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Starsiedel's Heiko Tempel got his second yellow card of the match in the 59th minute. The referee ordered Heiko Tempel off the ground. In the 59th minute, Heiko Tempel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Demetrius Struzyna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Felix Grabein in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Davon Broich got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Boris Keim had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niclas Gaab. Im Schöll FSV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Boris Keim was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Starsiedel's Demetrius Struzyna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Kissling in the 69th minute of play. Davon Broich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Niclas Gaab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Davon Broich struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Niclas Gaab didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Starsiedel. If Julian Kissling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute Julian Kissling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demetrius Struzyna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Starsiedel players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Im Schöll FSV from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
