After a rather tough play, Gutendorf's Dario Frueh got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Leo Schulzki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 7 minutes into the match, Gutendorf's goalkeeper Jan-Oliver Ulbricht had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andre Himmel. If Klaus-Dieter Fruehauf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Klaus-Dieter Fruehauf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenz Roks having to interfere. Stephan Mayer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lorenz Roks having to make a save. After having played for 14 minutes, Klaus-Dieter Fruehauf managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gutendorf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Klaus-Dieter Fruehauf was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Leutersberg getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Leo Schulzki hit a great ball. Klaus-Dieter Fruehauf struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Lorenz Roks didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gutendorf. 31 minutes into the match, Stephan Mayer notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Leutersberg's Lorenz Roks. Lorenz Roks was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stephan Mayer in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lorenz Roks prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leutersberg's Marco Belger couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 49th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gutendorf. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Matthias Vohwinkel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jan-Oliver Ulbricht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torsten Barthel during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 60th match minute, Gutendorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Barthel to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Oliver Ulbricht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Himmel in the 72nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andre Himmel in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Oliver Ulbricht saved Gutendorf from getting behind. A collision led to Gutendorf getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Torsten Barthel hit a great ball. After 82 played minutes, Leutersberg's Marco Belger shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jan-Oliver Ulbricht came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Leutersberg reached it. Vincent Mies hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Andre Himmel struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Jan-Oliver Ulbricht didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Lorenz Roks made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andre Himmel in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Oliver Ulbricht saved Gutendorf from getting behind. 91 minutes into the game, Klaus-Dieter Fruehauf was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gutendorf's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leutersberg the free kick. In the 91st match minute, Gutendorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klaus-Dieter Fruehauf to maneuver through the defense. Andre Himmel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan-Oliver Ulbricht read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. When Klaus-Dieter Fruehauf was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 95 minutes had been played. After 96 played minutes Gutendorf got a freekick which was hit by Klaus-Dieter Fruehauf. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthias Vohwinkel in the 99th minute of play forced Gutendorf's goalkeeper Jan-Oliver Ulbricht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gutendorf walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
