Streich FSV's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Simeon Schauerhammer scored to the left of an out of position Konrad Kaltwasser, making the score, 1-0. After 19 played minutes, Streich FSV's Sebastian Hofmann shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Willi Schöll came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Streich FSV reached it. Willi Schöll took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Axten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 24th minute of the match Sebastian Axten completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Sebastian Axten a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Neuhaus Am Rennweg booed when Streich FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Axten didn't get a good kick on the ball. Konrad Kaltwasser made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Simeon Schauerhammer sent off a good shot on target. Mirko Slave fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konrad Kaltwasser having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Streich FSV's goalkeeper Konrad Kaltwasser had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simeon Schauerhammer. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fidel Baum in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Konrad Kaltwasser saved Streich FSV from getting behind. Fidel Baum received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Konrad Kaltwasser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44thth minute of the game Fidel Baum who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Streich FSV's Konrad Kaltwasser was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Neuhaus Am Rennweg's Simeon Schauerhammer got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fidel Baum to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Neuhaus Am Rennweg's Simeon Schauerhammer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Konrad Kaltwasser narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Streich FSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Dustin Greilinger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Streich FSV's Konrad Kaltwasser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Baum in the 80th minute of play.
