Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pieter Scheel got the match started through his kick off. Simeon Schauerhammer was extremely unlucky when he, in the 4th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Otfried Kornrumpf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willi Schöll having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marc Eichelkraut during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11thth minute of the game Fidel Baum who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tripsrath's Pascal Englmaier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Otfried Kornrumpf had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Willi Schöll. Neuhaus Am Rennweg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Otfried Kornrumpf was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Pieter Scheel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Willi Schöll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fidel Baum had several of the Tripsrath's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 21 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Pascal Englmaier as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of Tripsrath booed when Neuhaus Am Rennweg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philipp Landgraf didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wolf Nienhaus charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wolf Nienhaus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 32 minutes into the game, Christian Fritzsche was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Neuhaus Am Rennweg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tripsrath the free kick. After a rather tough play, Neuhaus Am Rennweg's Christian Fritzsche got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Otfried Kornrumpf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Fidel Baum fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Pascal Englmaier, passed just outside the right post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fidel Baum to strike the kick off in the second half. Otfried Kornrumpf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willi Schöll having to interfere. 58 minutes into the game, Pieter Scheel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Willi Schöll. Pieter Scheel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. If Fidel Baum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Otfried Kornrumpf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Willi Schöll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Fidel Baum's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pascal Englmaier was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. In the 81st minute of the match, Pieter Scheel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Willi Schöll saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Tripsrath's Pascal Englmaier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Baum in the 82nd minute of play. In the 86th minute of the game, Wolf Nienhaus landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 86 minutes into the game, Fidel Baum was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Neuhaus Am Rennweg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tripsrath the free kick. Fidel Baum hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Otfried Kornrumpf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Willi Schöll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Tripsrath supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tripsrath would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
