Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Karl Olbrich made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Volkmar Steiner notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Dahmsdorf's Matthias Weiss. Matthias Weiss was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Matthias Weiss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Volkmar Steiner in the 14th minute of the match. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kenels! In the 17th minute there was a penalty for Dahmsdorf. Joshua Schroeder stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Arthur Stahl. 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Karl Olbrich managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kenels's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl Olbrich was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matthias Weiss breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Karl Olbrich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Matthias Weiss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl Olbrich struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Matthias Weiss didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kenels. Kenels's Arthur Stahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boris Obser in the 28th minute of play. In the 29thth minute of the game Karl Olbrich who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dahmsdorf's Matthias Weiss was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Kenels's goalkeeper Arthur Stahl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boris Obser. The crowd rose to their feet as Dahmsdorf's Patric von Gyldenfeldt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arthur Stahl. That made the score 2-1 after 36 minutes of play. If Volkmar Steiner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 43 played minutes Dahmsdorf got a freekick which was hit by Arnold Schmelter. After having played for 45 minutes, Karl Olbrich managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kenels's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl Olbrich was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Dahmsdorf defense, Karl Olbrich kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matthias Weiss. The Dahmsdorf fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matthias Weiss should have stopped the shot. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patric von Gyldenfeldt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Kenels:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dahmsdorf:s goal. The referee gave Dahmsdorf a penalty, 57 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Joshua Schroeder, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kenels's Arthur Stahl. 3-2. After having played for 59 minutes, Karl Olbrich managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kenels's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl Olbrich was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Volkmar Steiner charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Volkmar Steiner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Kenels getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Volkmar Steiner hit a great ball. Boris Obser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Stahl having to interfere. Patric von Gyldenfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute Boris Obser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arthur Stahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boris Obser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Arthur Stahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patric von Gyldenfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl Olbrich couldn't finish the play. 3-3 became the score in the 88th minute when Karl Olbrich elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Boris Obser recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Karl Olbrich kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Matthias Weiss. That made the score 3-4 in the 96 minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Kenels walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
