Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tom Kosner got the match started through his kick off. When Tim-Oliver Behn came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Steine fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tim-Oliver Behn couldn't finish the play. Thorsten Guth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heiko Heintges having to interfere. If Thorsten Guth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heiko Heintges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thorsten Guth, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After having played for 17 minutes, Thorsten Guth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Steine's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thorsten Guth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Heiko Heintges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thorsten Guth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Peter Bokor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Heiko Heintges was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Thorsten Guth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heiko Heintges having to interfere. Thorsten Guth took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Heiko Heintges. Heiko Heintges dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Thorsten Guth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 43 played minutes Hals FSV got a freekick which was hit by Michael-Jan Mers. Steine's Thorsten Guth got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 45 played minutes Hals FSV got a freekick which was hit by Holger Eckstein. Heiko Heintges didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peter Bokor went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Peter Bokor to strike the kick off in the second half. Thorsten Guth took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Heiko Heintges. Heiko Heintges dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Thorsten Guth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heiko Heintges having to interfere. When Steine's Peter Bokor in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hals FSV's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Hals FSV booed when Steine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Becker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabian Schroeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kai-Uwe Kamp having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Steine's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Schroeder came free, but Kai-Uwe Kamp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peter Bokor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Heiko Heintges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hals FSV's Heiko Heintges proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Hals FSV from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd minute, Sebastian Ehrgott got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Steine left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hals FSV.
