Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Hansjörg Schwaebe in the 3rd minute of play forced Schmiedfranzl FC's goalkeeper Eric Bartels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Schmiedfranzl FC's Patrik Fuhrmann got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frederik Buchwalder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Schiersand in the 14th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simon Schiersand in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frederik Buchwalder saved Echte FC from getting behind. In the 17th match minute, Echte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christopher Tschantz to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Echte FC booed when Schmiedfranzl FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Fritz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Hansjörg Schwaebe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eric Bartels, 1-1. Heinz-Gerd Schnehages short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Eric Bartels to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hansjörg Schwaebe in the 27th minute of play forced Schmiedfranzl FC's goalkeeper Eric Bartels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frederik Buchwalder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Schiersand in the 30th minute of the match. If Simon Schiersand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nico Albers kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Schmiedfranzl FC's Willi Jarkovsky got a free kick in the 37th minute. If Simon Schiersand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Heinz-Gerd Schnehage got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th minute, Echte FC's Hansjörg Schwaebe dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Hansjörg Schwaebe made the kick off in the second half. Patrik Fuhrmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederik Buchwalder having to interfere. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Schmiedfranzl FC's Simon Schiersand in the 62nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Frederik Buchwalder was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Echte FC through an amazing save. In the 66th match minute, Schmiedfranzl FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Fritz to maneuver through the defense. A well-hit corner resulted in Sebastian Spörle heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Echte FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Simon Schiersand scored to the left of an out of position Frederik Buchwalder, making the score, 2-2. In the 77th minute Hansjörg Schwaebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Bartels saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 played minutes Schmiedfranzl FC got a freekick which was hit by Zlatko Recht. 80 minutes into the match, Schmiedfranzl FC's goal looked a bit too open when Heinz-Gerd Schnehage came free, but Eric Bartels reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Fritz got his second yellow card in the match during the 81st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 82nd match minute, Schmiedfranzl FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Fritz to maneuver through the defense. Heinz-Gerd Schnehage struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Eric Bartels didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Echte FC. Schmiedfranzl FC's Eric Bartels played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heinz-Gerd Schnehage in the 91st minute of play. If Heinz-Gerd Schnehage had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
