Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Matt Sieg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Echte FC's goalkeeper Frederik Buchwalder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arne Kapzan. Frederik Buchwalder was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Robin Büssinger. In the 15thth minute of the game Hansjörg Schwaebe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kyllburg's Dennis Küpper was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ralf Vossig's late challenge caught a Echte FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ralf Vossig helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kyllburg getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ralf Vossig hit a great ball. Echte FC's Frederik Buchwalder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Echte FC from getting a goal against them. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 22nd minute, but Frederik Buchwalder got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Echte FC hanging dry this time. Arne Kapzan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 29th minute by Arne Kapzan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 32 minutes into the game, Hansjörg Schwaebe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dennis Küpper was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Heinz-Gerd Schnehage fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Küpper having to interfere. After having played for 38 minutes, Heinz-Gerd Schnehage managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Echte FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heinz-Gerd Schnehage was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Echte FC's goalkeeper Frederik Buchwalder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arne Kapzan. Heinz-Gerd Schnehage sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hansjörg Schwaebe was the one to do the kick off. If Hansjörg Schwaebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matt Sieg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederik Buchwalder having to interfere. In the 65th minute there was a penalty for Kyllburg. Marc-André Naud stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Frederik Buchwalder. 1-1. Christopher Tschantz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Dennis Küpper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heinz-Gerd Schnehage's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dennis Küpper read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Heinz-Gerd Schnehage took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dennis Küpper. Dennis Küpper dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After having played for 79 minutes, Christopher Tschantz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Echte FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christopher Tschantz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Kyllburg's zone, Heinz-Gerd Schnehage stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dennis Küpper came out of the goal and Heinz-Gerd Schnehage tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kyllburg's goalkeeper Dennis Küpper, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 85th minute of the match, Heinz-Gerd Schnehage got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dennis Küpper was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Frederik Buchwalder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matt Sieg in the 90th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Echte FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
