Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marlon Gatzke took the kick off in the first half of the match. Sven-Philipp Carstens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hannes Schwer in the 3rd minute of play. Sven-Philipp Komor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Philipp Carstens having to interfere. After having played for 8 minutes, Ralf Frings managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Frießnitz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ralf Frings was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 12 minutes into the game, Florian Thier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Granderheide's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Frießnitz the free kick. Florian Thier hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Marlon Gatzke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascal Weniger having to interfere. Hannes Schwer was extremely unlucky when he, in the 16th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Hannes Schwer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 21 minutes of play, Frießnitz's Ralf Frings made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pascal Weniger was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Frießnitz booed when Granderheide was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klaus Gaertner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicholas Olyschläger took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pascal Weniger. Granderheide's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 30 minutes, Marlon Gatzke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Frießnitz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marlon Gatzke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute Marlon Gatzke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Weniger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pascal Weniger didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Frießnitz's Marlon Gatzke shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Jan-Nicolas Eichel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascal Weniger having to interfere. If Ralf Frings had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Frießnitz were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

57 minutes into the game, Danny Hommertgen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Frießnitz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Granderheide the free kick. In the 57th minute, one of Frießnitz:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Frießnitz. Sven-Philipp Carstens went to the wrong direction when Kilian Grundmann was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Hannes Schwer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marlon Gatzke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Pascal Weniger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ralf Frings sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute of the match Alexander Waerdt shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pascal Weniger showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sven-Philipp Komor might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sven-Philipp Carstens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sven-Philipp Komor ran back to his position shaking his head. Sven-Philipp Komor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Sven-Philipp Carstens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th match minute, Frießnitz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Felix Barth to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Philipp Komor in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven-Philipp Carstens saved Frießnitz from getting behind. A collision led to Granderheide getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Kilian Grundmann hit a great ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Nicholas Olyschläger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Frießnitz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicholas Olyschläger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ralf Frings had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frießnitz's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
