Lageltshausen's Stephan-Andreas Stein played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommi Patschull in the 7th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lageltshausen's Tim-Sebastian Hergt got a free kick in the 8th minute. Jürgen Kosack took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marc Otte. Marc Otte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tommi Patschull in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stephan-Andreas Stein prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marc Otte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Schüten in the 21st minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Vesser got a freekick which was hit by Marco Jöckel. In the 40th minute, Rouven Termeer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Vesser booed when Lageltshausen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergio Schüten didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lageltshausen's Jürgen Kosack got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sergio Schüten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Otte having to interfere. The Vesser players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lageltshausen were winning 0-1.
Marc Otte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Schüten in the 52nd minute of the match. Stephan-Andreas Stein didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Klaus Weigant went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 58 played minutes Vesser got a freekick which was hit by Tommi Patschull. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robin Bauer during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Robin Bauer hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Stephan-Andreas Stein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommi Patschull in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Robin Bauer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stephan-Andreas Stein stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tommi Patschull's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. If Klaus Weigant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
