Dietmar Cakmakli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rouven Gaßmann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Jan Raabe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rouven Gaßmann having to interfere. In the 17th minute of the match Erland Wichmann shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rouven Gaßmann showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Laurenz Pöhling kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Raabe in the 19th minute of play forced Duppach's goalkeeper Rouven Gaßmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Melschede FSV booed when Duppach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ansbert Uhl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dietmar Cakmakli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christoph Galuschka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niklas Erl in the 25th minute of the match. When Niklas Erl came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Duppach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niklas Erl couldn't finish the play. Rouven Gaßmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Raabe in the 31st minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Laurenz Pöhling was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Duppach's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Melschede FSV the free kick. After a rather tough play, Duppach's Laurenz Pöhling got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Melschede FSV's Dietmar Cakmakli got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Laurenz Pöhling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jonah Kasperski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Niklas Erl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christoph Galuschka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Niklas Erl made the kick off in the second half. Jonah Kasperski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Christoph Galuschka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonas Freudenstein charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonas Freudenstein the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Melschede FSV getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Jonas Freudenstein hit a great ball. Christoph Galuschka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonah Kasperski in the 60th minute of the match. Jan Raabe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rouven Gaßmann having to interfere. Christoph Galuschka didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Duppach's Niklas Erl shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Niklas Erl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duppach's Ansbert Uhl got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Niklas Erl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The corner led Duppach's Heiko Bokor to fire away a dangerous shot which Christoph Galuschka despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Duppach booed when Melschede FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Helgi Fritzsche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Duppach were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Melschede FSV's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Heiko Bokor took the corner. Jonah Kasperski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
