Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Vardingholt FSV's Bastian Röttger started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute of the match David Bleicher sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christopher Hasselberg skillfully saved the ball. In the 10th minute, Tim Hirz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elmendorf FC's Bernd Herzog played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bastian Röttger in the 12th minute of play. Axel Schelewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 16 minutes of play, Vardingholt FSV's Axel Schelewski made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernd Herzog was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Steven Aumann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elmendorf FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Steven Aumann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christopher Hasselberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute, Steven Aumann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Steven Aumann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Christopher Hasselberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Randy Lötters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Randy Lötters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christopher Hasselberg having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Axel Schelewski suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of Elmendorf FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vardingholt FSV:s goal. The referee gave Vardingholt FSV a penalty, 36 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Roland Oldenburger, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Elmendorf FC's Bernd Herzog. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Randy Lötters managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elmendorf FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Randy Lötters was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christopher Hasselberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Steven Aumann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vardingholt FSV! Christopher Hasselberg had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Arthur Schwering's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Steven Aumann made a kick off. Bernd Herzog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bastian Röttger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Vardingholt FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Steven Aumann came free, but Christopher Hasselberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernd Herzog came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Vardingholt FSV's Mattias Reim. But to his dismay, Mattias Reim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After having played for 67 minutes, Bastian Röttger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vardingholt FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bastian Röttger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Bleicher hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Randy Lötters managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elmendorf FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Randy Lötters was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christopher Hasselberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Philipp-Marc Endrikat hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 91 minutes into the game, Elmendorf FC's Randy Lötters nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christopher Hasselberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. When Randy Lötters came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Elmendorf FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Randy Lötters couldn't finish the play. The Vardingholt FSV support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
