Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Roland-Nicolas Wirtgen took the kick off in the first half of the match. Andre-Yann Schobel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Tibor Siemienski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torsten Domann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans-Peter Schur having to interfere. If Roland-Nicolas Wirtgen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hans-Peter Schur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland-Nicolas Wirtgen, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After having played for 15 minutes, Torsten Domann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Großwinnigstedt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torsten Domann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roland-Nicolas Wirtgen took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hans-Peter Schur. Hans-Peter Schur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ken Eberhart's late challenge caught a Resse's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ken Eberhart helped the player get up and apologised. After 20 played minutes Großwinnigstedt got a freekick which was hit by Ken Eberhart. 28 minutes into the game, Ralf Döbbe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Resse's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Großwinnigstedt the free kick. After 28 played minutes Resse got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Döbbe. Heiko Nielsen didn't quite understand what happened when in the 29 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 31st minute Torsten Domann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans-Peter Schur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roland-Nicolas Wirtgen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland-Nicolas Wirtgen in the 38th minute of play forced Resse's goalkeeper Hans-Peter Schur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tibor Siemienski made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Andre-Yann Schobel sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Joel Bettinger's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tibor Siemienski was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. The Resse players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Großwinnigstedt were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Bettinger to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Großwinnigstedt's goalkeeper Tibor Siemienski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 54 minutes into the match, Torsten Domann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hans-Peter Schur. Resse's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Torsten Domann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Großwinnigstedt's Tibor Siemienski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andre-Yann Schobel in the 65th minute of play. A collision led to Großwinnigstedt getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Stefan Seidenfad hit a great ball. After 69 minutes Großwinnigstedt's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Norman Nolting who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Resse's corner Norman Nolting fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tibor Siemienski quite easily take care of the ball. Hans-Peter Schur was a little too slow when Roland-Nicolas Wirtgen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andre-Yann Schobel during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Resse's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Roland-Nicolas Wirtgen scored to the left of an out of position Hans-Peter Schur, making the score, 0-4. In the 86th minute, Roland-Nicolas Wirtgen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hans-Peter Schur made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Torsten Domann sent off a good shot on target. If Roland-Nicolas Wirtgen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Bittel charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Bittel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 97 played minutes Großwinnigstedt got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Bittel. Tibor Siemienski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre-Yann Schobel in the 99th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Großwinnigstedt eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
