Alvo Edewecht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tibor Siemienski having to interfere. Klein Ottenhaus FC's Philipp Podolka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Klein Ottenhaus FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michel Hupach got free with Philipp Podolka in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Klein Ottenhaus FC's Ronald Philipp got a free kick in the 9th minute. Laslo Neumer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tibor Siemienski having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olaf Michael Schmidhuber in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tibor Siemienski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tibor Siemienski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laslo Neumer, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 32nd minute, Erik Rektor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ken Eberhart's late challenge caught a Klein Ottenhaus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ken Eberhart helped the player get up and apologised. Ken Eberhart kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Großwinnigstedt's Torsten Domann got a free kick in the 37th minute. Alvo Edewecht struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Tibor Siemienski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Klein Ottenhaus FC. 45 minutes into the game, Klein Ottenhaus FC's Laslo Neumer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tibor Siemienski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Laslo Neumer was the one to do the kick off. If Laslo Neumer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Klein Ottenhaus FC's Jostein Wessel got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute Torsten Domann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philipp Podolka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Alvo Edewecht notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Großwinnigstedt's Tibor Siemienski. Tibor Siemienski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tibor Siemienski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laslo Neumer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Klein Ottenhaus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roland-Nicolas Wirtgen came free, but Philipp Podolka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torsten Domann scored 1-2 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Philipp Podolka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Klein Ottenhaus FC's zone, Torsten Domann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philipp Podolka came out of the goal and Torsten Domann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute, Alvo Edewecht got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Klein Ottenhaus FC played a much better game than Großwinnigstedt and deserved their victory. The Großwinnigstedt players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
