After 14th play minutes Kassian Knapp shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Marian Cronen and just under the crossbar into goal. 20 minutes into the match, Marpingen FC's Andre Görtzen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marian Cronen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Andre Görtzen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kassian Knapp in the 26th minute of play forced Schwienhorst FC's goalkeeper Marian Cronen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andre Görtzen struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Marian Cronen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marpingen FC. In the 40th minute, Kassian Knapp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, Thomas Sturmheit had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Austin Brüggmann. Marpingen FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thomas Sturmheit was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Kassian Knapp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marian Cronen having to interfere.

If Kassian Knapp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andre Görtzen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute, Kassian Knapp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andre Görtzen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Marian Cronen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raphael Fickert kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. The supporters of Marpingen FC booed when Schwienhorst FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominik Schnelle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Austin Brüggmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Sturmheit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thomas Sturmheit took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Austin Brüggmann. Austin Brüggmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. If Kassian Knapp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marian Cronen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kassian Knapp in the 79th minute. Kassian Knapp kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 80thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Schwienhorst FC's keeper Marian Cronen was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Kassian Knapp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Marian Cronen made a huge save. Morgan Vicari hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Torben Metz charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Torben Metz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Schwienhorst FC booed when Marpingen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torben Metz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ben Reinke came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Schwienhorst FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ben Reinke couldn't finish the play. Nicholas Brinck charged in rather forcefully in the 98th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicholas Brinck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nicholas Brinck hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match.
