Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Andre Görtzen made the kick off which started today's match. 8 minutes into the match, Marpingen FC's Andre Görtzen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benjamin Moratschke narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Imbsen FC's goalkeeper Benjamin Moratschke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kassian Knapp. Kassian Knapp succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 12th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andre Görtzen in the 17th minute of play forced Imbsen FC's goalkeeper Benjamin Moratschke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andre Görtzen had several of the Imbsen FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 19 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Benjamin Moratschke as he didn't even see the shot coming. Benjamin Moratschke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andre Görtzen in the 26th minute of the match. After 26 played minutes Imbsen FC got a freekick which was hit by Kirsten Vetrano. In the 29th minute Gordian Reb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Austin Brüggmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Imbsen FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Dieter Schellerhoff hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the game, Peter-Stefan Seelenbinder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marpingen FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Imbsen FC the free kick. A collision led to Marpingen FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Peter-Stefan Seelenbinder hit a great ball. 37 minutes into the match, Imbsen FC's Gasparo Noll sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Austin Brüggmann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rolf Vogeler during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute, Rolf Vogeler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was beautiful to see Marpingen FC's Torben Metz in action when he in the 45th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After a defensive mix-up in Imbsen FC's zone, Kassian Knapp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Moratschke came out of the goal and Kassian Knapp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gasparo Noll to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Marpingen FC got a freekick which was hit by Götz Parpart. Andre Görtzen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute Andre Görtzen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Moratschke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dieter Schellerhoff hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Benjamin Moratschke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andre Görtzen in the 60th minute of the match. The supporters of Marpingen FC booed when Imbsen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dieter Schellerhoff didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kassian Knapp in the 65th minute of play forced Imbsen FC's goalkeeper Benjamin Moratschke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andre Görtzen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Moratschke having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dieter Schellerhoff during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Marpingen FC booed when Imbsen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dieter Schellerhoff didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andre Görtzen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamin Moratschke didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kassian Knapp went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Imbsen FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Cliff Lehrer hit a great ball. Kassian Knapp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andre Görtzen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kassian Knapp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Benjamin Moratschke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andre Görtzen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Moratschke having to interfere. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Marpingen FC! Marpingen FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
