Siederdissen FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luka Runge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the game, Klaus Timme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Enriko Stoletzky was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luka Runge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Curtis Wörmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Neustadt Am Rübenberge FC's zone, Curtis Wörmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enriko Stoletzky came out of the goal and Curtis Wörmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Neustadt Am Rübenberge FC's Enriko Stoletzky played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curtis Wörmann in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Neustadt Am Rübenberge FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Claes Hennrich was slow to take the kick. During this time Siederdissen FC's players had a chance to rest. Guy Haskamp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guy Haskamp to make the kick off. After 55 minutes of play, Neustadt Am Rübenberge FC's Thomas Bomke made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leif-Eric Welzel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guy Haskamp in the 62nd minute of the match. Nikolaus Bradel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leif-Eric Welzel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guy Haskamp, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. If Nikolaus Bradel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Siederdissen FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Neustadt Am Rübenberge FC throughout the match.
