Neufang FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave bobimobil the free kick. Waldemar Schmidt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tillmann Trenkel in the 4th minute of the match. 6 minutes in the game, Timo Eichelberger fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kuno Bach having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Neufang FC's Mario Bader got a free kick in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the game, Tillmann Trenkel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Waldemar Schmidt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 19 minutes into the match, Tillmann Trenkel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Waldemar Schmidt. Neufang FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tillmann Trenkel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Georg Ulrich Kettner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kuno Bach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timo Eichelberger in the 25th minute of play. After some careless play in the Neufang FC defense, Tillmann Trenkel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waldemar Schmidt. The Neufang FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waldemar Schmidt should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fynn Stadelmann during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience held their breath when Mario Bader in the 34th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Kuno Bach's left hand side. Waldemar Schmidt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Ulrich Kettner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 42 minutes of play, Neufang FC's Gabriel Leibel made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kuno Bach was left in no man's land by his defense there! 48 minutes into the match, Neufang FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tillmann Trenkel came free, but Waldemar Schmidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Georg Ulrich Kettner to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Georg Ulrich Kettner managed to get in a good position for a shot. bobimobil's supporters rose to their feet, but Georg Ulrich Kettner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waldemar Schmidt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Rudolf Gentner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The referee showed Rudolf Gentner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Neufang FC booed when bobimobil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudolf Gentner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neufang FC's Waldemar Schmidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georg Ulrich Kettner in the 71st minute of play. In the 75thth minute of the game Georg Ulrich Kettner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Neufang FC's Waldemar Schmidt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 77 minutes into the match, bobimobil's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Leibel came free, but Kuno Bach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in bobimobil fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! In the 81st minute there was a penalty for Neufang FC. Matthias Goring stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kuno Bach. 2-3. Waldemar Schmidt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georg Ulrich Kettner, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Tillmann Trenkel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Waldemar Schmidt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Georg Ulrich Kettner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Waldemar Schmidt didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 93rd minute, which inside left pole to 2-5. If Georg Ulrich Kettner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. bobimobil walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
