Wissingen FSV's Tom Küffner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steven Bouffier in the 10th minute of play. If Steven Bouffier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tim Danielzick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 22 in the game by Erling Stein from a close distance when the talented Tom Küffner managed to make a qualified save. Wissingen FSV's players were relieved. Dieter Brinck kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Bruno Rintzel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paul Vielmann. AgGrO BeRlIn's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Tim Danielzick sped through AgGrO BeRlIn's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Paul Vielmann. The supporters of Wissingen FSV booed when AgGrO BeRlIn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erno Scheider didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erling Stein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Tom Küffner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
