Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arvid Köppe started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Reinhart Ruben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Friess saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Borsum's zone, Knud Lemmerz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mattis Chamisso came out of the goal and Knud Lemmerz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sönke von Scheliha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Angel Friess tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Cornelius Weiers made a precise shot to the right of Angel Friess. Ornecka Fighters's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Arvid Köppe came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Ornecka Fighters fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arvid Köppe couldn't finish the play. Safet Burgmeiers short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Mattis Chamisso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 18 minutes, Rico Tilner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ornecka Fighters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rico Tilner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 19 minutes into the game, one of Borsum:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 21 minutes, Ornecka Fighters's Conny Jäckel got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Mattis Chamisso. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johann Schurwanz in the 25th minute of play forced Ornecka Fighters's goalkeeper Angel Friess to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Cornelius Weiers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Borsum's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cornelius Weiers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reinhart Ruben in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angel Friess saved Ornecka Fighters from getting behind. In the 30th match minute, Borsum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornelius Weiers to maneuver through the defense. If Johann Schurwanz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Borsum booed when Ornecka Fighters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rico Tilner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arvid Köppe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Axel Poll charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Axel Poll the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee gave Borsum a penalty, 53 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Reinhart Ruben, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ornecka Fighters's Angel Friess. 1-2. In the 56th minute, Cornelius Weiers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 63 played minutes Borsum got a freekick which was hit by Cornelius Weiers. 65 minutes into the game, Johann Schurwanz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Angel Friess. Johann Schurwanz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Arko Ruthus hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Ornecka Fighters's Angel Friess proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Ornecka Fighters from getting a goal against them. Angel Friess showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johann Schurwanz in the 93rd minute of the match. A collision led to Ornecka Fighters getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Knud Lemmerz hit a great ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Borsum walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
