Henning Rohn's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Steve Feuchthofen firmly grabbed it by the left post. Theo Schirmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matt Spegele in the 30th minute of play. Theo Schirmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Felix Rein in the 32nd minute of the match. If Fredy Kothe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Henning Rohn struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Steve Feuchthofen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Batschweiler FC. Fredy Kothe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steve Feuchthofen having to interfere. Fredy Kothe struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Steve Feuchthofen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Batschweiler FC. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Theo Schirmer came out and tried to block the shot, but Jan-Felix Rein slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 56th minute. Fredy Kothe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Steve Feuchthofen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fredy Kothe in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Steve Feuchthofen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Steve Feuchthofen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henning Rohn, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 68thth minute of the game Henning Rohn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reinersdorf's Steve Feuchthofen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 70 minutes, Pascal Mischo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Reinersdorf and the Batschweiler FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henning Rohn in the 71st minute of play forced Reinersdorf's goalkeeper Steve Feuchthofen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Batschweiler FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Batschweiler FC fully deserved thier win.
