Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gordon Komp kicked off to start the match. Gordon Komp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Heiner Nafz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute, Emanuel Ackermann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Heiner Nafz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 13 minutes into the game, Konrad Venzke recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Frank Lange. Konrad Venzke showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Melchior Deicke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Heiner Nafz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gordon Komp, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. With his leg Frank Lange managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Hamburg Suns's Melchior Deicke fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Ackermann in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Heiner Nafz saved Hamburg Suns from getting behind. In the 38th minute Konrad Venzke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Lange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Emanuel Ackermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heiner Nafz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gordon Komp's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. York Pickart kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Emanuel Ackermann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Konrad Venzke to make the kick off. After 53 minutes, Nils Noll mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hamburg Suns and the Sascha22322 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nils Noll kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After having played for 55 minutes, Emanuel Ackermann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sascha22322's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Ackermann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frank Lange showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konrad Venzke, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Emanuel Ackermann's late challenge caught a Hamburg Suns's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Ackermann helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sascha22322's Emanuel Ackermann got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Heiner Nafz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gordon Komp's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. After 70 played minutes Sascha22322 got a freekick which was hit by Reinhard Annen. In the 72nd minute of the match Oskar Vogeler sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frank Lange skillfully saved the ball. Frank Lange came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Hamburg Suns's Melchior Deicke. But to his dismay, Melchior Deicke quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 79 played minutes Sascha22322 got a freekick which was hit by Axel Eberl. Emanuel Ackermann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Heiner Nafz made a huge save. 86 minutes into the game, Nils Noll cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Frank Lange was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 89th minute, Hamburg Suns's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Emanuel Ackermann fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 92nd minute, Chris Kehr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Konrad Venzke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamburg Suns's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
