FC Südabrarup's Ingmar Traugott nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Swen Rocker made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 9 minutes, Jan Dreibus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tus Mützenich and the 1. FC Südabrarup players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Tus Mützenich getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jan Dreibus hit a great ball. Tus Mützenich's Keanu Wigenbusch got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan Dreibus hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Keanu Wigenbusch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Swen Rocker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Björn Schipploch in the 19th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cedric Frieb during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of 1. FC Südabrarup booed when Tus Mützenich was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cedric Frieb didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 24 played minutes, 1. FC Südabrarup's Lutz Schrembs shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Swen Rocker came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 1. FC Südabrarup reached it. Manuel Faenger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Levin Göldner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37thth minute of the game Ingmar Traugott who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tus Mützenich's Swen Rocker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 40 played minutes 1. FC Südabrarup got a freekick which was hit by Barry Ehlen. After 40 played minutes, Tus Mützenich's Keith Stockburger shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Levin Göldner came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tus Mützenich reached it. The supporters of 1. Lutz Schrembs, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 48th minute Ingmar Traugott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Swen Rocker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Björn Schipploch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Swen Rocker made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Faenger in the 59th minute of play forced 1. FC Südabrarup's goalkeeper Levin Göldner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Keanu Wigenbusch scored 1-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Levin Göldner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th minute, Ede Uphoff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Faenger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Levin Göldner having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Björn Schipploch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Swen Rocker was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Keanu Wigenbusch might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Levin Göldner. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Keanu Wigenbusch ran back to his position shaking his head. If Keanu Wigenbusch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 1. FC Südabrarup's Levin Göldner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keanu Wigenbusch in the 82nd minute of play. Keanu Wigenbusch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Levin Göldner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ingmar Traugott fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Swen Rocker having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Tus Mützenich failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
