Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rudolf Treusch started the match with the kick off. Eckhard Billmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lutz Dresdner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Eckhard Billmann successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of SV Roge booed when Hellengerst FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jochen Stübgen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Lars Kriwat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hellengerst FSV's Eckhard Billmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jannes Zebrowski in the 19th minute of play. Eckhard Billmann didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 25th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Eckhard Billmann came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by SV Roge's Janko Latocha. But to his dismay, Janko Latocha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Rudolf Treusch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pio Franiel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Janko Latocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. SV Roge's supporters rose to their feet, but Janko Latocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eckhard Billmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 33 minutes, Dario Nabor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hellengerst FSV and the SV Roge players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SV Roge booed when Hellengerst FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Nabor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rudolf Treusch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pio Franiel having to interfere. 41 minutes into the game, Lutz Dresdner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SV Roge's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hellengerst FSV the free kick. In the 42nd minute, Lutz Dresdner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 45 minutes of play Hellengerst FSV's Jochen Stübgen was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jannes Zebrowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Janko Latocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Eckhard Billmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 53rd minute of the match Lars Kriwat completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lars Kriwat a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Jannes Zebrowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eckhard Billmann having to interfere. After a rather tough play, SV Roge's Olaf Hassenrück got a free kick in the 56th minute. Hellengerst FSV's Ronald Holldorf got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eckhard Billmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Janko Latocha in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute of the match Olaf Hassenrück sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eckhard Billmann skillfully saved the ball. Eckhard Billmann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Janko Latocha's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. 72 minutes into the game, Janko Latocha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Eckhard Billmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Janko Latocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Hellengerst FSV getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Uwe Weippert hit a great ball. Eckhard Billmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jannes Zebrowski in the 81st minute of play. If Jannes Zebrowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Paul Weinmann fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hellengerst FSV's protests and gave Paul Weinmann a yellow card for diving instead. Janko Latocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Eckhard Billmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Boris Jann managed to get in a good position for a shot. SV Roge's supporters rose to their feet, but Boris Jann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eckhard Billmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Janko Latocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th match minute, Hellengerst FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kunibert Jittler to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Janko Latocha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eckhard Billmann was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SV Roge had won after a very even match.
