The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Heinrich Götze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Nink, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß's zone, Kim Beudel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heinrich Götze came out of the goal and Kim Beudel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6thth minute of the game Rolf Jansch who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß's Heinrich Götze was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 6th match minute, FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Rasper to maneuver through the defense. Max Stehr hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Nils Nink hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 minutes, Eidur Neuhausen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß and the Mönchfeld players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eidur Neuhausen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Kuznicki having to interfere. FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß's Ali Murat Hartleitner was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 27th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Mönchfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Kern came free, but Andreas Kuznicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot by Wilhelm Bugiel from long distance, 34 minutes into the match, got Andreas Kuznicki's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Fabian Kern received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. The wind increased when Rolf Jansch made the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Ali Murat Hartleitner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mönchfeld's Andreas Kuznicki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ali Murat Hartleitner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabian Kern received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Andreas Kuznicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 58 minutes of play, FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß's Ali Murat Hartleitner made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andreas Kuznicki was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß's Heinrich Götze got control of the ball when Kim Beudel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß's goalkeeper Heinrich Götze had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kim Beudel. Ali Murat Hartleitner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andreas Kuznicki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Mönchfeld's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabian Kern was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 84th minute, one of Mönchfeld:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mönchfeld. In the 85th minute there was a penalty for FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß. Wilhelm Bugiel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Andreas Kuznicki. 7-0. An unexpected shot in the 90th minute by Rolf Jansch got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß's Detlef Pietsch got a free kick in the 91st minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß's zone, Kim Beudel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heinrich Götze came out of the goal and Kim Beudel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ali Murat Hartleitner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß were the better team. FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
