Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hasso Wochele started the match with the kick off. Vuisham were furious when Piero Thälmann was red carded, 4 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Hugo Kalitta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helmuth Bahr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albert Schwarzer struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Hugo Kalitta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vuisham. In the 17th minute Hasso Wochele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meral Eichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hasso Wochele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the match, Vuisham's goal looked a bit too open when Feridun Eisel came free, but Meral Eichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nino Doty kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Albert Schwarzer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Meral Eichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasso Wochele in the 44th minute of play. Meral Eichel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hasso Wochele in the 46th minute of the match. The Vuisham players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Elterlein were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albert Schwarzer to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Elterlein's goalkeeper Hugo Kalitta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hugo Kalitta came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Vuisham's Helmuth Bahr. But to his dismay, Helmuth Bahr quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Albert Schwarzer came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Vuisham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albert Schwarzer couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Albert Schwarzer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vuisham's supporters rose to their feet, but Albert Schwarzer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Kalitta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gino Biermann's late challenge caught a Elterlein's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gino Biermann helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Vuisham getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Gino Biermann hit a great ball. Tobias Biermann took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Meral Eichel. Vuisham's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Hasso Wochele reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Meral Eichel. The goal made the score 1-2. Meral Eichel made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Feridun Eisel sent off a good shot on target. 79 minutes into the game, Vuisham's Helmuth Bahr nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hugo Kalitta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Albert Schwarzer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronald Carlsen in the 89th minute of play forced Vuisham's goalkeeper Meral Eichel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vuisham's Steffen Moeskes managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jaap Diepmans in the 91 minute of the game. Hugo Kalitta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steffen Moeskes in the 95th minute of the match. Elterlein were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Vuisham's much stronger midfield.
