Meral Eichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Straal in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Vuisham's goal looked a bit too open when Olaf Glatzer came free, but Meral Eichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vuisham's Helmuth Bahr got a free kick in the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olaf Glatzer in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Meral Eichel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee felt a red card was in order, 28 minutes into the game, when Carsten Bordin put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vuisham fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! The referee gave FC Dag Barcelona a penalty, 30 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Horst Sell, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Vuisham's Meral Eichel. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Albert Schwarzer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vuisham's supporters rose to their feet, but Albert Schwarzer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moritz Posch breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Moritz Posch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Schwarzer, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Leon Straal took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Meral Eichel. Meral Eichel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Albert Schwarzer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moritz Posch having to interfere. Albert Schwarzer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Moritz Posch made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Meral Eichel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Straal in the 60th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gino Biermann during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gino Biermann kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Olaf Glatzer notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Vuisham's Meral Eichel. Meral Eichel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 74th minute, Leon Straal made a precise shot to the right of Meral Eichel. Vuisham's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Meral Eichel was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Leon Straal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leon Straal really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Meral Eichel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olaf Glatzer went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. After 86 played minutes Vuisham got a freekick which was hit by Gino Biermann. In the 87th minute of the match Horst Sell shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Meral Eichel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 89th minute, Olaf Glatzer fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Meral Eichel, passed just outside the right post. When Helmuth Bahr came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Vuisham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Helmuth Bahr couldn't finish the play. Vuisham's Helmuth Bahr got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th match minute, FC Dag Barcelona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alois Artmann to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Dag Barcelona had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
