Richard Kurth was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Erkan Zweig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Kurth having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, SC Dresden Kappu's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Elmar Ernst fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Valérien von Puttkammer hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Richard Kurth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erkan Zweig in the 38th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Chris Bentz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Bertil Reffelmann fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Frankenhain's protests and gave Bertil Reffelmann a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SC Dresden Kappu booed when Fc Frankenhain was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertil Reffelmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, SC Dresden Kappu's Witold Heimrath broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chris Bentz to make the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Fc Frankenhain! Witold Heimrath walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Sascha Schoettle kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Bertil Reffelmann hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Fc Frankenhain's Richard Kurth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Fc Frankenhain from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Bentz in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richard Kurth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fc Frankenhain's Richard Kurth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Fc Frankenhain from getting a goal against them. Elmar Ernst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chris Bentz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Kurth having to interfere. Karl Mölleken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elmar Ernst, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The audience was convinced that Elmar Ernst's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl Mölleken was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. After 93 played minutes, Fc Frankenhain's Valérien von Puttkammer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Karl Mölleken came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. If Elmar Ernst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
