An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Speckin in the 3rd minute of play forced SV Bremen Nord's goalkeeper Franz Jäck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Gädechens might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dominik Pier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgar Gädechens ran back to his position shaking his head. If Benni Kuttner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute Edgar Gädechens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominik Pier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Fritz Ernst Breidert fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leutra FSV's protests and gave Fritz Ernst Breidert a yellow card for diving instead. Fritz Ernst Breidert hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Benni Kuttner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Dominik Pier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dominik Pier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Max Nierlein in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marc Engbers in the 17th minute of play forced Leutra FSV's goalkeeper Dominik Pier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benni Kuttners short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Dominik Pier to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Edgar Gädechens's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dominik Pier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Franz Jäck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Speckin in the 26th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Marc Engbers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SV Bremen Nord's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leutra FSV the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Branke in the 30th minute of play forced SV Bremen Nord's goalkeeper Franz Jäck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Leutra FSV getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Fritz Ernst Breidert hit a great ball. SV Bremen Nord's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Björn Eickhoff in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Max Nierlein had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dominik Pier. Leutra FSV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Max Nierlein was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Dominik Pier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Gädechens in the 40th minute of the match. After having played for 41 minutes, Marc Engbers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SV Bremen Nord's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marc Engbers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Benni Kuttner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Per Speckin made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Carsten Haase notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Leutra FSV's Dominik Pier. Dominik Pier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carsten Haase took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dominik Pier. Dominik Pier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. A collision led to SV Bremen Nord getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Nenad Brandstetter hit a great ball. A hard shot by Gernot Scherbaum from long distance, 61 minutes into the match, got Franz Jäck's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Leutra FSV's Dominik Pier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Nierlein in the 62nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Leutra FSV defense, Edgar Gädechens kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dominik Pier. The Leutra FSV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dominik Pier should have stopped the shot. After 67 minutes of play, SV Bremen Nord's Max Nierlein made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dominik Pier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marc Engbers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dominik Pier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. A collision led to Leutra FSV getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Harald Arielsen hit a great ball. Benni Kuttner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Dominik Pier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marc Engbers in the 87th minute of play forced Leutra FSV's goalkeeper Dominik Pier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fritz Ernst Breidert in the 88th minute of play forced SV Bremen Nord's goalkeeper Franz Jäck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of SV Bremen Nord booed when Leutra FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Speckin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Benni Kuttner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fritz Ernst Breidert hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. SV Bremen Nord's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Björn Eickhoff in the 98th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SV Bremen Nord had played much better football throughout.
