Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ueffeln FC's Einar Kleim started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Ueffeln FC booed when Borussia Dortmund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Kirchner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wayne Bernwurz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunther Sendt having to interfere. Gunther Sendt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Günther Feierabend in the 10th minute. In the 11th match minute, Ueffeln FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludolf Korkus to maneuver through the defense. Günther Feierabend recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Einar Kleim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giovanni Plank showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Scheider, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 28 played minutes Ueffeln FC got a freekick which was hit by Egon Cassirer. If Einar Kleim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egon Cassirer was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 35th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Wayne Bernwurz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Ueffeln FC's goalkeeper Gunther Sendt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adam Kirchner. When Adam Kirchner, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 40 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Gunther Sendt was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Gunther Sendt was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Günther Feierabend showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 45 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wayne Bernwurz to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Ueffeln FC got a freekick which was hit by Balthasar Amann. After a rather tough play, Ueffeln FC's Kasimir Huhn got a free kick in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wayne Bernwurz in the 55th minute of play forced Ueffeln FC's goalkeeper Gunther Sendt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ludolf Korkus charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ludolf Korkus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Günther Feierabend charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Gunther Sendt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Günther Feierabend in the 62nd minute of the match. Wayne Bernwurz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66thth minute of the game Wayne Bernwurz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ueffeln FC's Gunther Sendt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Günther Feierabend sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70thth minute of the game Günther Feierabend who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ueffeln FC's Gunther Sendt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wayne Bernwurz struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Gunther Sendt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Borussia Dortmund. A collision led to Ueffeln FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Martin Schabert hit a great ball. When Günther Feierabend came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Borussia Dortmund fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Günther Feierabend couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Borussia Dortmund's zone, Bruno Scheider stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giovanni Plank came out of the goal and Bruno Scheider tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Einar Kleim in the 82nd minute of play forced Borussia Dortmund's goalkeeper Giovanni Plank to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ueffeln FC's zone, Günther Feierabend stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaroslaw Tenbergen, 90 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Wayne Bernwurz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Borussia Dortmund players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
