A collision led to Wendeburg FSV getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Wolfgang Scheike hit a great ball. A hard shot 22 in the game by Leopold Rau from a close distance when the talented Niko Hiemer managed to make a qualified save. Gamperlmühle's players were relieved. When Otto Langsch fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gamperlmühle's protests and gave Otto Langsch a yellow card for diving instead. Otto Langsch hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After having played for 26 minutes, Leopold Rau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wendeburg FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopold Rau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wolfgang Scheike struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Niko Hiemer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wendeburg FSV. Claus Behn charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claus Behn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Claus Behn hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Timur Ariesen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Frederik Hellmich, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute Wolfgang Scheike shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niko Hiemer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Jan-Frederik Hellmich got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Claus Behn was shown his second yellow card after 38 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 39th match minute, Wendeburg FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claus Behn to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Frederik Hellmich might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Timur Ariesen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan-Frederik Hellmich ran back to his position shaking his head. Henning Meyers struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Niko Hiemer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wendeburg FSV. In the 44th minute, Leopold Rau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wendeburg FSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jan-Frederik Hellmich made a kick off. In the 96th minute, Leopold Rau made a precise shot to the right of Niko Hiemer. Gamperlmühle's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. When the referee ended the match the Wendeburg FSV players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
