The crowd rose to their feet as Viktoria Köln's Ingo Heinzmann slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Markus Knebel. That made the score 0-4 after 93 minutes of play. In the 97th minute, Pankraz Hermsdorf made a precise shot to the right of Peter-Michael Gerig. Viktoria Köln's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. The Ahelle supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Viktoria Köln's performance. The match ended with a win for Viktoria Köln.
