After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Mads Stecher managed to get in a good position for a shot. Weißenstein FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Mads Stecher was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dariusz Weißgerber breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 77 played minutes Weißenstein FSV got a freekick which was hit by Didier Wimmer. 78 minutes into the match, Pulheim FC's Valerius Wittenbeck broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 89 minutes in the game, Marcus Püschl fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dariusz Weißgerber having to interfere. In the 94th match minute, Weißenstein FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Didier Wimmer to maneuver through the defense. After 95 minutes, Karel Sutter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Weißenstein FSV and the Pulheim FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pulheim FC's Valerius Wittenbeck couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Weißenstein FSV. Pulheim FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Weißenstein FSV to leave the ground with a draw.
