Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Michael Bendel made the kick off which started today's match. Nikolas Buchen kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Carl Schröder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Willi Deckers in the 7th minute of play forced Schnetlage FC's goalkeeper Matthew Brand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olaf Schumann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Wilhelm Gräber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Michael Bendel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michael Bendel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthew Brand having to interfere. Matthew Brand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Bendel in the 16th minute of the match. Abi Rosenhagen charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abi Rosenhagen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abi Rosenhagen hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Matthew Brand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Bendel in the 22nd minute of play. Willi Deckers blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matthew Brand having to make a save. Oferdingen's Willi Deckers got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Oferdingen booed when Schnetlage FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steen Mendel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Willi Deckers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Willi Deckers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Matthew Brand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Bendel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matthew Brand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Bendel in the 41st minute of play. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Willi Deckers sped through Schnetlage FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Matthew Brand. After the first half Oferdingen were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Pat Kiepsch made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Oferdingen's zone, Pat Kiepsch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilhelm Gräber came out of the goal and Pat Kiepsch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Willi Deckers scored 0-2 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matthew Brand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 64thth minute of the game Pat Kiepsch who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oferdingen's Wilhelm Gräber was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hasso Gutsche kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Michael Bendel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthew Brand having to interfere. After 74 played minutes Schnetlage FC got a freekick which was hit by Steen Mendel. After 80 minutes of play, Oferdingen's Willi Deckers made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matthew Brand was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Schnetlage FC's Abi Rosenhagen got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After having played for 84 minutes, Willi Deckers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oferdingen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Willi Deckers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Michael Bendel was extremely unlucky when he, in the 86th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michael Bendel in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matthew Brand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wilhelm Gräber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olaf Schumann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Curt Roemer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mats Kesper kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Matthew Brand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Bendel in the 97th minute of the match. Oferdingen played a much better game than Schnetlage FC and deserved their victory. The Schnetlage FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
