Leroy Bolenzs short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Kai-Christian Bartl to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 35 minutes into the match, Manrode FSV's Joachim Pache sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kai-Christian Bartl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Manrode FSV's Otmar Kielholz got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carsten Beich in the 43rd minute of play forced Manrode FSV's goalkeeper Jes Pilz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Joachim Pache made the kick off in the second half. Christof Küpper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jes Pilz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carsten Beich in the 55th minute of the match. Daniel Roßbach charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Roßbach the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Manrode FSV booed when Moide was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Roßbach didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Leroy Bolenz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kai-Christian Bartl. Moide's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leroy Bolenz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 71 minutes into the match, Moide's goal looked a bit too open when Joachim Pache came free, but Kai-Christian Bartl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jes Pilz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christof Küpper in the 74th minute. After having played for 78 minutes, Leroy Bolenz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manrode FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leroy Bolenz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leroy Bolenz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kai-Christian Bartl having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leroy Bolenz in the 86th minute of play forced Moide's goalkeeper Kai-Christian Bartl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manrode FSV's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
