After a rather tough play, Nordick FSV's Miroslav Hirsch got a free kick in the 7th minute. Ralf Heintges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrike Tremmel having to interfere. With a little luck, Nordick FSV's Henrike Tremmel got control of the ball when Ronnie Yüksel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ronnie Yüksel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henrike Tremmel having to make a save. If Carsten Antwerpes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 22 minutes, Ralf Heintges managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lühe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ralf Heintges was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Lühe's Ralf Heintges slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Henrike Tremmel. That made the score 1-0 after 27 minutes of play. In the 32nd minute, Peter Moder left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nordick FSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Heintges in the 35th minute of play forced Nordick FSV's goalkeeper Henrike Tremmel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ralf Heintges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrike Tremmel having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peter-Stefan Isele during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lühe's Ronnie Yüksel got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Miroslav Hirsch fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nordick FSV's protests and gave Miroslav Hirsch a yellow card for diving instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carsten Antwerpes made a kick off. Ronnie Yüksel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Henrike Tremmel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ralf Heintges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Heintges in the 66th minute of play forced Nordick FSV's goalkeeper Henrike Tremmel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Nordick FSV defense, Ronnie Yüksel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henrike Tremmel. The Nordick FSV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henrike Tremmel should have stopped the shot. Henrike Tremmel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronnie Yüksel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 76 played minutes Nordick FSV got a freekick which was hit by Miroslav Hirsch. Danko Heffungs kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Peter-Stefan Isele got his second yellow card in the match during the 81st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Lühe booed when Nordick FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter-Stefan Isele didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87thth minute of the game Ralf Heintges who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nordick FSV's Henrike Tremmel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ralf Heintges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
