A collision led to Probstheida FSV getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Roland Böhland hit a great ball. Lenny Klasen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Philip Weiler. Probstheida FSV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 11 minutes, Michael Dierkes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lomersheim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michael Dierkes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Max Babic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Weiler having to interfere. Max Babic struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Philip Weiler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lomersheim. After 18 minutes, Arne Vaerst mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Probstheida FSV and the Lomersheim players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arne Vaerst hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Probstheida FSV's Philip Weiler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Babic in the 19th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Probstheida FSV got a freekick which was hit by Arne Vaerst. Lomersheim's Michael Dierkes got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Probstheida FSV getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Arne Vaerst hit a great ball. Philip Weiler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Babic in the 23rd minute of the match. With his leg Philip Weiler managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Lomersheim's Michael Dierkes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 30th match minute, Probstheida FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Vaerst to maneuver through the defense. Werner Tinz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Philip Weiler. Probstheida FSV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Hans-Georg Möhrle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute Max Babic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philip Weiler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Probstheida FSV's Philip Weiler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Probstheida FSV from getting a goal against them. Stefan Andres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Philip Weiler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Roland-Nicolas Held hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Philip Weiler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Dierkes in the 54th minute of the match. The supporters of Lomersheim booed when Probstheida FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Jäger didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Hennes Wollberg fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lomersheim's protests and gave Hennes Wollberg a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lomersheim fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! Lukas Berz kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After 72 played minutes, Probstheida FSV's Björn Ziebart shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sven Burgschmidt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Probstheida FSV reached it. Michael Dierkes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute Michael Dierkes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philip Weiler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Philip Weiler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Dierkes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stefan Andres kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hans-Georg Möhrle got free with Sven Burgschmidt in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Max Babic's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Philip Weiler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Lukas Berz might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Philip Weiler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lukas Berz ran back to his position shaking his head. After 96 played minutes Probstheida FSV got a freekick which was hit by Arne Vaerst.
