Tino Elsner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Peter Huppertz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arbo Häfner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yannik Pöggeler in the 14th minute of play. Arne Fabry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Götz Jäger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arbo Häfner. Groß Schulenburger Polder FSV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Götz Jäger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Tino Elsners short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Peter Huppertz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Arne Fabry struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Arbo Häfner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SV Bauar Köln. Arbo Häfner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yannik Pöggeler in the 45th minute of play. After 46 minutes of play, SV Bauar Köln's Arne Fabry made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arbo Häfner was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Groß Schulenburger Polder FSV players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SV Bauar Köln were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dennis Dirks to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of SV Bauar Köln booed when Groß Schulenburger Polder FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 76th minute, Tino Elsner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Groß Schulenburger Polder FSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Groß Schulenburger Polder FSV's Arbo Häfner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yannik Pöggeler in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th match minute, Groß Schulenburger Polder FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hinrich Reck to maneuver through the defense.
