After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Mehdi Emmel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Don Danz scored 4-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stephan Andreowsky, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnold Koslow in the 58th minute of play forced Olsbrücken FSV's goalkeeper Stephan Andreowsky to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Olsbrücken FSV defense, Arnold Koslow kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stephan Andreowsky. The Olsbrücken FSV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stephan Andreowsky should have stopped the shot. Don Danz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Alfons Sprenger, 96 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC BFH 16 had won after a very even match.
