Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) FC Bayern München's Dix Kromm started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, FC Bayern München's Dix Kromm ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Steffen Pflug. Steffen Pflug yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Sandor Funkel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Steffen Pflug read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Jörg Mitsch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute, Sydney Haak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Dix Kromm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Steffen Pflug showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dix Kromm in the 20th minute of the match. Sydney Haak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Steffen Pflug made a huge save. Kloster Thedinga's Steffen Pflug played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandor Funkel in the 25th minute of play. Sydney Haak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Steffen Pflug tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sydney Haak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andreas Kispert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen Pflug having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Jörg Mitsch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the match, Kloster Thedinga's goalkeeper Steffen Pflug had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sydney Haak. 38 minutes into the game, Kjetil Mulder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kloster Thedinga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Bayern München the free kick. Kjetil Mulder kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dustin Rammert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sandor Funkel scored 3-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Steffen Pflug, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sandor Funkel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sydney Haak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Bayern München's Andreas Kispert got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Konrad Buschkamp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robert Gulatz struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Steffen Pflug didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bayern München. Dix Kromm hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Steffen Pflug didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dix Kromm went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, FC Bayern München's Sandor Funkel got a free kick in the 78th minute. Dix Kromm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute Sydney Haak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steffen Pflug saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Steffen Pflug took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandor Funkel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the FC Bayern München players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
