The Oppelshausen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 15 minutes into the game, Sebastian Brauer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Stefan Raps was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Louis Lattus struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Andre Reinhard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aachen West. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Tözen in the 21st minute of play forced Oppelshausen's goalkeeper Andre Reinhard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oppelshausen's Andre Reinhard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Tözen in the 28th minute of play. Stefan Raps made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Brauer in the 30th minute. Louis Lattus took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andre Reinhard. Andre Reinhard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After some careless play in the Oppelshausen defense, Louis Lattus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andre Reinhard. The Oppelshausen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andre Reinhard should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Rodolfo Tözen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andre Reinhard was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rodolfo Tözen ran back to his position shaking his head. Raiko Winkler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rainer Kaluza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andre Reinhard having to interfere. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oppelshausen's goalkeeper Andre Reinhard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Many of Aachen West's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Aachen West may have spent more time on the ball, but Oppelshausen were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
